Each day of the challenge starts at 10:00am PT / 1:00pm ET. All live sessions will run for 45-60 minutes. If you can't attend live, the sessions are also recorded and will be available inside the group.

The live session recordings will be available inside the group for 7 days. At the end of the challenge the session recordings will be removed, so make sure you can attend live or watch the replays during the week of the challenge. You can also purchase lifetime access to recordings on the next page.
